Elite character development for purpose-driven teams

The heart is always under construction

Character Amp uses short videos, questions, and exercises to build a new character trait each week. The content is personalized for everyone on the team, including coaches, athletes, and even parents/families. Everything is automatically sent to everyone by text message (or email). Don’t worry! Each person can participate whenever it works best for them.

It’s important to develop the skillset and mindset of your team, but Todd will help build your team’s HEARTset. While working with and observing 2019 National Championship coaches Dabo Swinney at Clemson Football and Tony Bennett at Virginia Basketball, Todd has seen the difference that prioritizing these topics makes on a team. He will share lessons learned from his time with hundreds of elite coaches, as well as his own experience coaching more than a thousand games.
